  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to counseling, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • Sacred Currents is a virtual practice offering counseling to clients located throughout South Carolina.

  • Individual counseling sessions are $125 per session. Sacred Currents is a private-pay practice and does not currently accept insurance.

  • Yes. Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated for clients who desire it. Faith integration is always based on your preferences and is never required.

  • I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, boundaries, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, stress, and personal growth.
